Geeta Section 2 : Stanzas 67 to 72 : The End Of Chapter(section) 2. called Sankhya yoga

The mind, left to itself, will wander unrestrained towards the objects that attract the senses. The lure of objects is powerful enough to defy the voice of conscience and drag it alongside the rebellious mind. Then , the voice of the conscience is as helpless as the boat caught by the whirlwind in a vast ocean.
Therefore, O Arjun, remember that the man who is in control of his sense -organs in all respects, the man who has them under his command always, is the man whose faculties are established on a firm foundation. He knows how to use his faculties to achieve the highest goals he sets for himself.
When the night enfolds all beings, the man with a disciplined mind is awake; and when the unenlightened beings are busy in what they take to be the light of the day, the disciplined one goes to sleep undisturbed.
Arjun, think of the ocean : immense, immutable, and unconquerable. Innumerable rivers, big and small, rush into the ocean, constantly pouring waters into it. Yet the ocean never crosses its limit. In the same way, innumerable desires, allurements enter into the depth of the enlightened man's heart and are subdued there like the ocean receiving water from rivers and containing it within its depth. The enlightened being, like the ocean, attains peace, but the man who chases the objects of the senses, cannot.
The one who renounces all entanglement with sensuous pleasures and nevertheless, experiences them in the spirit of detachment, free of attachment, free of  conceit and vanity, will attain peace.
This state of mind is the realization of the Absolute Brahma. Once we reach that stage, nothing can dislodge us from there. The enlightened one remains steadily absorbed in that state till the end. Even the agony of death cannot move such a soul.

Aum that is the reality. In the Upanishad called Geeta, this is the end of the second chapter of the dialogue between Shri Krishna and Arjun, in the knowledge of Brahma and the science of Yoga.
